PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are packed and shipped from North Carolina.

Because our Blind Date With A Book boxes are personalized and packed to order, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

During new releases, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.

We currently offer:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $70 or more

Shipping time estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Pretty Little Tropes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at prettylittletropes@gmail.com so we can make it right.
